This system helps convert WhatsApp inquiries into proposal-ready requirements using an AI agent, with a human takeover workflow and a real-time Agent Inbox.

What happens when a user messages?
  1. User messages on WhatsApp (inbound via Cloud API webhook).
  2. AI replies naturally (no repeated intro) and gathers requirements.
  3. AI summarizes the idea and asks for email (optional but recommended).
  4. Agent Dashboard shows the chat in real time (SignalR).
  5. Human agent can take over, mark proposal status, and reply.
  6. Follow-ups run only within the 24-hour window (cap: 3).
